Overview
This privacy policy describes how Omnisked collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and product. The public product is currently a waitlist and a demonstration workspace.
Information you provide
When you join the waitlist, we store your email address and signup time in Supabase. We use your email for access invitations and launch updates. Joining does not create a paid subscription.
Product and usage data
Omnisked may store operational data needed to run the service, such as queued posts, publishing history, analytics data returned by supported platforms, and basic product usage information used to keep the application working.
Third-party services
The public website is hosted on Google Cloud and uses Supabase for its database and authentication. The demonstration workspace does not connect accounts or process payments. For invited live workspaces, configured features use social platform APIs, OpenAI for requested AI drafts, and Stripe for hosted payment processing. Social account credentials are encrypted before database storage.
How the information is used
The information is used to authenticate users, operate the publishing workflow, enforce plan limits, process billing where relevant, and improve the reliability of the product.
Data retention
We retain your waitlist entry while managing launch invitations. To leave the list or request deletion, contact hello@omnisked.com. Live account settings provide data export and account deletion, including cancellation of active subscriptions. Deleting an Omnisked account does not delete posts already delivered to social platforms. Demonstration controls do not modify real accounts.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting hello@omnisked.com. If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have additional rights under the GDPR including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
