Terms of Service
The terms that govern your use of Omnisked. Last updated: April 2026.
Agreement
These terms of service govern your use of Omnisked. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Using the service
By creating an account or using the service, users agree to use Omnisked only for lawful purposes and in ways that comply with the rules of the platforms they connect.
Accounts and access
Users are responsible for the activity that happens through their account and for keeping their login methods and connected platform credentials secure.
Billing and plan limits
Paid features and plan limits are controlled by the subscription tier attached to the workspace. Prices, limits, and plan structure may change over time, but the public site should reflect the current version available to new users.
Acceptable use
The service must not be used to publish unlawful content, abuse platform integrations, interfere with other users, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
Changes and availability
Omnisked may evolve, add, remove, or modify features over time. Service availability, integrations, and product details should be treated as subject to change while the product continues to develop.
Limitation of liability
Omnisked is provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omnisked shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your workspace settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. The free Starter plan requires no cancellation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden.
